“Il mio amuleto!”, disse, toccandosi il collo.   
“Cerchi questo, stronza?”, Emily disse, mostrando l’amuleto a Pauline con un sorriso ironico.   
Livia si voltò per guardarla, sorpresa. “Emily! Ma sono modi questi?”   
“Scusami le parole, ma dovevo dirlo”, rispose.

“My amulet!”, she said, touching her neck.  
 
“Looking for this, bitch?!”, Emily said, holding the amulet on her hands and teasingly showing it to Pauline.  
 
Livia turned to face her with a surprised look on her face. “Emily! Your manners!”   
“Sorry for the words, but I had to say it”, she replied.

My absence and coming back to Italy

Heh! I'm sorry I didn't get in contact with you guys sooner, but my life went quite crazy in the past few weeks, to the point that I'm now writing from my parents' house in Brazil. Yep, well, it wasn't a vacation trip, but the details are too long and I'd rather not go into it. But I'm fine, and I'll be coming back to Italy this upcoming week, still not sure when.

In the meantime, keep up the good work and talk to you guys soon!

Ciaooo! Scusatemi se non vi ho contattati prima, ma sono successe delle cose in queste ultime settimane che mi hanno portata fino in Brasile. Sono già 13 giorni che sono qui a casa dei miei, ma questa settimana tornerò in Italia. Non so ancora quando di preciso. Sto bene, non c'è da preoccuparsi, però non voglio dare tutti i dettagli perché la storia è troppo complicata.

Comunque sia, nel frattempo, continuate coi bei lavoretti e ci parliamo presto!!

It's not. Been really busy in real life, so I only have the first chapter ready.
